Walibi Holland is located in Biddinghuizen in the Netherlands.

History of Walibi Holland

Here are some key dates in the creation of the park.

- Flevohof opened in 1971 as a theme park focused on agriculture and horticulture.

- Taken over by Eddy Meus in 1992, Walibi Flevo opened its doors in 1994, completely transformed with the addition of a dozen new features and 4 themed areas.

- In 1998, the park was bought by Premier Park Inc.

- In 2000, the park changed its name to Six Flags Holland with the addition of 30 attractions including 4 roller coasters.

- In 2005, the park changed its name and became Walibi World.

- In 2006, it was bought by Compagnie Des Alpes.

- In 2011, the park took its current name with a makeover of its mascot.

- In 2019, Untamed, a Rocky Mountain Construction roller coaster, opened in place of the old Robin Hood wooden roller coaster.

- In 2021, Walibi will appear with a completely revised look.

The Walibi Holland Amusement Park

The park is divided into eight themed zones.

- Main Street including the entrance area. Here you will find the Xpress: Platform 13 roller coaster.

- France. Here you will find the park's Ferris wheel.

- Zero Zone with the Lost Gravity roller coaster.

- Wab Plaza with the Speed of Sound roller coaster.

- Walibi Playland, the children's area with many attractions accessible to the little ones.

- Wilderness with the untamed roller coaster opened in 2019.

- Speed Zone with the Goliath roller coaster. This area was renovated in 2020.

- Exotic with the Condor roller coaster, which should soon receive more comfortable trains.

You will also find three water attractions, a buoy course, a flume and a Splash Battle.

The Walibi Village Holiday Park

It occupies twenty hectares where more than one hundred and forty bungalows stand, as well as a swimming pool.
